The name "Teaching Library" has been chosen to emphasize that you are being given access to review recordings of teachings; you are not purchasing the teaching. The expectation, as with any library borrowing, is that you will keep the material for a limited period of time and then “return” it – in this case by deleting it from your phone or computer. These recordings are never to be shared with anyone else.

While this might seem like a very unusual request, it has three purposes:

You cannot purchase the teachings because the Diamond Approach Logos is the property of the Ridhwan Foundation and cannot be owned by anyone else.
You may not keep the teachings on your own devices after you have watched/listened to them because the Diamond Approach is at its heart a mystery school. The teachings are designed to unfold in a specific process and sequence, in dynamic interaction with the student’s personal effort and commitment. They are to be shared only in alignment with the ancient traditional principal that the student must sacrifice to receive the teaching – in body and soul (time, money, effort). You have been given access to the teachings based on your own progress and participation; they are not yours to share and it is not up to you to determine whether anyone else may receive them.
Although this point is implied in #2, it’s important enough to be emphasized separately: you must not share recordings of teachings. In particular, they cannot be posted on YouTube or on any public site, or made available by you to anyone outside the School, or even to any other students who may or may not be eligible to receive them.

Since the teachings began to be made available electronically vs. via physical media it has been more difficult for us to engage with students to confirm that this policy is being followed. With the tools available through this new website, we will send periodic reminders to students who have downloaded teachings to remind you to delete them from your devices. Following this policy is part of your adab – your respect for the school and for the Logos.
