BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS REGISTRATION: Make sure the information is correct and you want the IN-PERSON format (not Zoom). Once submitted, any changes or adjustments will require a $50 administrative fee.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: You should immediately receive an email confirmation of your Retreat registration. Make sure you receive this - search your spam folders for this email with "Asilomar" in the subject line. If you can't find it, then something went wrong and your registration likely did NOT go through. Check the REGISTER button on the home page. If it is still active, then something went wrong and you need to try to register again. If its inactive, then you should be registered. This is the sure way to tell.

FINAL RETREAT DETAILS will be emailed to you around July 23, 2025 and will include all final logistical details required to attend this retreat.

CANCELLATION June 25, 2025 is the last day to cancel retreat registration and receive a refund less $100 cancelation fee (no refunds after this date)

MESSAGE FROM RIDHWAN: "Regardless of the care that may be taken, the ease with which Covid and its variants can spread among individuals, sometimes by individuals who are not symptomatic, makes it impossible for Ridhwan and Lightly Held, Inc. to guarantee protection from Covid and its variants for its employees, agents, students, teachers, guests, and others while on location at Asilomar conference grounds. Ridhwan and Lightly Held, Inc. therefore makes no guarantee that participants will be safe from and will not contract Covid or one of its variants when attending the 2025 Summer retreat at Asilomar.”

MESSAGE FROM HAMEED: We want to get back to meeting together in person. But we want everybody to be comfortable and safe to be able to participate in the teaching as completely as possible. It is a group effort, and we need to consider each other, and the totality of the participants in the retreat. We need to do our best to both feel comfortable (ourselves) and to help others feel comfortable and safe. This might mean attending in person or on zoom (if available), and how we are when in person. It does not matter what we believe or hold as true about Covid; the point is to participate with our fellow students where all, or the majority, feel comfortable and safe.

ASILOMAR ROOM RESERVATION: Lightly Held has financial obligation to fill our room reservations at Asilomar. We therefore request that students reserve their Asilomar sleeping room as soon as possible and BEFORE registering for the retreat itself. Travel Allotment Discount

As everyone has transportation expenses making their way to the retreat, the travel allotment figures listed in the chart above are designed to partially assist those traveling from greater distances to the retreat. Travel allotments are NOT intended to cover all or fully “equalize” everyone’s travel cost; rather they are one way to help distribute some of these costs throughout the whole group. Hotel accommodations, ground travel, and meals are not to be included in any of the travel allotment calculations. To calculate your travel allotment, please enter the option which applies: (1) Travel allotment for your geographic location or (2) If you purchased your ticket via a discounted air travel/frequent flyer/air miles program, you may claim only 50% of the travel allotment figure.

TEACHERS ONLY: 2024 Teaching Credit

Subtract your credit for teaching small groups/individual sessions ($5/student – counted only once) and private sessions ($10/session) during 2024 Summer Retreat; cannot be greater than total fee due (enter number value only - $350 maximum)
