This 6 Week class will explore the inner critic. Using meditation, study and inquiry we will take steps to understand and disengage from its coercive power. It will be limited to 12 persons. Class meets on Sundays at 1pm EST, 10am PST.

This will be a deep dive into the world of the inner critic, with an opportunity to find your personal thread relating to this feature of your spiritual life.
