In your inquiry, include more than just being in touch with your body; notice the felt sense of your experience.
If there are feelings or emotions, how do they affect you?
For example if you're in touch with kindness, how do you recognize it? It could be a softness in the heart.
If you are in touch with reactivity, how is that revealing itself? It could be a tightness. If you feel that, where do you notice it showing up?
