Welcome to the US South practice region, which covers groups and activities in the southern United States, including the Gulf Coast and neighboring states and the southeastern seaboard. Groups in US South include Diamond Approach Florida, the Gulf Coast Diamond Approach, and Atlanta Diamond Approach.
Florida:
Diamond Approach Florida (DAFL) is a newly forming Diamond Approach group welcoming those living in Florida and the Southeastern US area. The group meets approximately three times a year in person in Tampa, and participants are supported by meeting via the internet between the in-person meetings. New Orleans:
Diamond Approach New Orleans (DANO) is a newly-forming group in New Orleans and its surrounding areas. Our group meets approximately five times a year either in-person in New Orleans or on Zoom. Currently group teachers are also offering monthly small groups to practice inquiry for those who have attended at least one of our weekends. Texas:
Diamond Approach Texas is a growing spiritual community established in 1997. We are a regional retreat group for Diamond Approach students in Texas and surrounding areas.The group gathers 4 to 5 times a year for retreats ranging from 2 to 8 days on Zoom and in-person in the Houston area. Retreats include teachings and group discussion, personal and group inquiry, meditation, life practice sessions designed to enhance presence and awareness, and individual sessions with the teachers. Atlanta:
Diamond Approach Atlanta (DAAT) is comprised of students who entered the work in 2003, 2007, and 2011. While the group is currently closed to new members, transferring students are welcome and should contact Janel Ensler at [email protected].
