Introductory Description:

Julie works with private students from her home office in Ann Arbor Michigan. She moved to Ann Arbor in 2021 with her husband and two sons after living in Portland OR for 16 years. She was first introduced to the Diamond Approach during her time in the Bay Area of California in 2004 as she began her work as an executive coach and leadership consultant.

What have you learned as a result of studying the Diamond Approach?:

For me, the greatest gift of the Diamond Approach has been to turn towards my experience, connect more deeply with myself which has enabled me to find freedom from my inner critic and enjoy more of life.

What attracted you to the Diamond Approach?:

I remember one of the first inquiries I did at one of my first weekends - I was stunned at both the excitement and freedom (as well as challenge) that came upon me by having two silent witnesses as I spoke and stayed close to my inner experience.  The practice itself was life changing for me. From there, I can say that the Diamond Approach and my private teacher were an unending support to me at a time of tremendous grief. As I have deepened my practice, come to have close friendships within the DA community, and now have access to know my essential nature - something I had never even imagined nor heard of, I truly love the ceaseless nature of this reality that we are.
