What have you learned as a result of studying the Diamond Approach?:

Trusting being wherever I find myself. And exercising letting go of any ideas and ideals where I think I should be. Besides this I learned to trust that principle in life. Originally I went through quite challenging phases where my sense of myself and the ground under my feet seemed to dissolve. I learned that the holes or abysses are the closest doorways to deeper potentials, including of deeper senses of who and what I can be. Those experiences and knowledge supports me to support others in their process.  What´s most challenging and fascinating is to explore Hameeds teachings about the 4 Turnings. It´s fascinating and surprising to feel how much freedom it can bring.

What attracted you to the Diamond Approach?:

Originally the precise link of psychological understanding and the re-appearance of the various essential perfections. I also felt attracted by the openness of the Diamond Approach for various deep realizations and that it really supports being in the world.
