What have you learned as a result of studying the Diamond Approach?:

The refined attuned and loving presence of my teachers helped me through many difficult moments to see what I could not feel, did not want to have, did not know how to do. I learned deep listening. The teaching helped me to recognize the specific ways I know myself. By allowing me to be where I am. I recognized the Flame of Truth, right here, in my heart. Then Guidance developed within my hearts direct recognition of what is real.

What would you like your potential students to know about you as a teacher of the Diamond Approach?:

I love the work, I love exploring the creative ways individual consciousness expresses itself, and the relation of the individual to the totality of being; how that dance feels, tastes, and operates in our bodies; in our energy and subtle perception. And most of all how personal and intimately meaningful consciousness becomes in pure presence. It makes everything - even doing the dishes - a delight.

What attracted you to the Diamond Approach?:

Since my early twenties I followed a spiritual path inspired by Osho. I recognized in the Diamond Approach the openness and inclusiveness I practiced in Tantra. For me the Diamond approach explained my experiences and helped me understand more precisely how my ego structure prevented spiritual experiences to become a "station" and the practice of inquiry helped the integration of Essence in daily life tremendously . What still attracts me is the focus on including what is here now.

What is most important for people to understand about the Diamond Approach?:

The Diamond Approach is a spiritual path of practice and understanding the mystery of a personal life in relation to the totality of Being.  It invites richness and sobriety equally, and supports finding a personal balance. Understanding comes from the heart, from subtle sensing, from the openness and of our consciousness. We learn to rest in each experience, with any content.
