Introductory Description:

Since I was a child I am touched by awareness and consciousness. My Soul was recognizing people around me with a more expanded consciousness. Somehow I discovered that this expansion was happening more easily with people who had experienced severe sickness or other life events. So I started working in the healthcare when I was around 20. And nowadays I work as a gestalttherapist and mindfulness teacher supporting people with cancer or other life threatening diseases. There are always questions around the mystery of life and death, our vulnerability and humanity. I experience the people I support as our guides in humanity because they are so close to death and vulnerability.

The Diamond Apporach gave me a more widening extend to inquire into this and as a Diamond Approach teacher I welcome everyone who wants to have an open ended inquiry into the Unknown. We are all living with questions around life and death, vulnerability and how to be human with that. For me it is fulfilling to sit down with you and let true Nature do its work with and through us. I learned to hold it lightly. A light warm compassion is a good ground for the Unfolding and includes the courage to encounter defenses that keeps us from Being who we truly are.

What have you learned as a result of studying the Diamond Approach?:

I am in love the open and openended inquiry. That is exactly how it is; there is no end or final station to arrive at. The openendedness combined with the diamond precision in the inquiry brought me a lot of understanding. So I learned most to trust that process of unfolding and to not interfere with that. This journey is adventurous and makes my life fullfilling, loving, beautiful and graceful.

What would you like your potential students to know about you as a teacher of the Diamond Approach?:

I am living in the Amsterdam area near Haarlem and I have learned to guide students via Zoom during the Covid pandemic. It works wonderfully. So you are very welcome both life 'in the flesh' as via Zoom. i love it to be of service for your process of Unfolding.

What attracted you to the Diamond Approach?:

The openness and the personalness in the Diamond Approach are most important for me. To become a personal vessel for True Nature is more then beautiful. We do not have to become a particular kind of being for that we just can become as open as we can for our own expression of True Nature. To become that open we are invited to look with the help of in-depht psychology to our defenses and patterns. The combination of psychology and spiritual wisdom is for me the uniqueness of the Diamond Approach. In stead off getting rid of our egostructures or transcend them we can approach them with love and compassion so they can transform in Essence and essential qualities.
