Terry is an ordained teacher of the Diamond Approach working with private students from her home office in San Miguel de Allende in person and via zoom. She has been a student of the Diamond approach since 2007 and has an extensive background in the human potential movement that includes executive coaching, grief support and the Enneagream. She moved to San Miguel in 2023 with her husband after living in Fort worth, Texas for 26 years. Her work with students is one of the greatest joys of her life.
It was a teacher who first introduced me to the Diamond Approach. There was something about him: a depth, a stillness, a quiet and powerful transparency that I could feel whenever I was in his presence. i wanted to know this for myself, and learned that he was a long-time student of the Diuamond Approach. He shared with me a chapter from Diamond Heart Book One: Elements of the Real in Man, by A.H. Almaas, the pen name for Hameed Ali. The title of the Chapter was "Growing Up". When I read this chapter I was stunned by its resonance for me. This is what I wanted: to be a real, fully-functioning grown-up. I wanted to find my self in a work group with like-minded people committed to developing their inner lives and to becoming real.
