Introductory Description:
What would you like your potential students to know about you as a teacher of the Diamond Approach?:

They can come, investigate, and see for themselves.

What attracted you to the Diamond Approach?:

Being raised Catholic in Germany I was always struggling with the dos and don’ts of the church, even though I felt a deep love for God in my childhood. Buddhism already offered me a new view: Ehipassiko, investigate and see for yourself. That was a deep invitation for my soul and it became even deeper when I listened to the teaching of Hameed. Not only my mind was invited to investigate but my whole being-–and especially my heart. I felt touched and ignited. And he taught me the place, where I could explore: right where I am. I don’t have to go anywhere but just be here in the moment. This “simple” sentence was the key for my ongoing exploration and still is. If I follow this simple truth, it will bring me everywhere. There is a great gratefulness for this teaching and the space that it opened up.

What is most important for people to understand about the Diamond Approach?:

The teaching supports our capacity to get contact to the soul as an expression of essence and true nature. And--what is a very important part--it helps us to see that the ego is not our enemy on our way to the deeper truth. It is often in the way, that’s for sure. And yet we don’t have to fight it but to understand it. Understanding this ego, our structure and really stay with our resistance, opens up the heart and the mind and at the end it brings us back to our true nature.
The teaching is all about being where you are and following the truth from there. That is the base for all the facets of this wonderful and detailed teaching.
