Introductory Description:

Just love to support you in the process of self-discovery. I bring my expertise of over 35 working with people as a (relational) therapist and teacher in processes of self discovery, together with my practice and teaching of meditation and different forms of soulwork.

Different forms of art are and have been a source of inspiration to me and makes me value the body and her expressions as an important entry into the dept of our being.

I am with my husband for nearly 30 years and we have two adult children. I value personal live as an expression of the richness of our being. For me personal life helps to open our hearts through everyday experiences that can touch us deeply.

What have you learned as a result of studying the Diamond Approach?:

From the prospective of inquiry, every situation in our lives can be a doorway to the discovery of more truth about oneself and reality. For me it is a privilege to live this potential, being sometimes painfully aware that not every human has the inner and outer circumstances to attend to an inner journey. Every drop of love that can touch a wounded place in ones soul is a gift. To discover that the source of this love is our infinite nature is a blessing.

What attracted you to the Diamond Approach?:

While reading the books of A.H. Almaas I was caught by the sense of freedom in the way he described how every experience can be an entrance into the deeper realities of being. I loved the sense of open curiosity and the invitation to find out for oneself. At the same time the Diamond Approach seemed to offer extended and precise knowledge about the relation between psycho-dynamics and essential states and dimensions. A heartfelt excitement made me pick up the phone and contact a teacher in the Netherlands.

What is most important for people to understand about the Diamond Approach?:

Your moment to moment experience is valuable, whether it is a happy, frustrated or empty moment. This moment is where the inquiry starts. Your personality with its issues and limiting patterns is not something to be dismissed but something to be embraced and be understood. Your body, feelings and thoughts are naturally able to unfold the mystery of who and what you are. This is what you lean: to realize the amazing human potential in your every day life.
