Teachings are appropriate for the general public as well as health care professionals. Health care professionals will be able to incorporate the tools and practices offered in this program when working with clients. Continuing Education (CE) credit available. See below for more information. Learning Objectives for participating health care professionals- The perspective from this program will support therapists and health care professionals in working with their clients by helping them and their clients:

• Distinguish when the mind is addicted to "doing for transformation/change" in contrast to mindful participation in, and allowing of, a process of development. Recognizing the impotence of "doing" can evoke all kinds of resistances, structures, and feelings of inadequacy;
• Utilize mindfulness practices to help clients identify the "gap" between awareness and doing, as a support for inviting deeper realization and transformation. When we recognize the gap between our awakening and its expression in our life, we appreciate the importance of transformation;
• Incorporate the practice of presence into the work with clients to help them develop an awareness of the process of realization and transformation.
