The Compassionate Heart

What does it mean to be selflessly heartful? How do we open the door to compassion?

In this daylong we will consider the compassionate aspect of our Being that enables us to be open, gentle and kind. We will explore what we use to cover up that sensitive part of us and how we need to be present with ourselves in a kind way in order to open up to our experience. This aspect of our natural condition is essential for our personal spiritual journey, living our lives in this world and so important for humanity at this time.

We invite you to join us for this very important journey of discovery at the heart of expansion and the essential life.

The day is divided into two equal segments that feature guided meditations, introductions of the practices of the Diamond Approach and teachings of the Diamond Approach method and cosmology. There will also be related experiential exercises and time for your questions and comments.

Each meeting stands on its own and you are welcome to attend 3 consecutive meetings in 2018.

This weekend is open to all – no prior experience required.
