An Experiential Weekend on the Essential Aspect of Joy

Our lives are often full of strife. We try so hard to be someone, constantly endeavoring to find happiness through our achievements, possessions and relationships. In the Diamond Approach, the point of our inner work is to be free and capable of living a joyous inner and outer life, regardless of circumstances. The joy of Being is our nature and one of the signposts of realization!

During this January weekend we will offer teachings, practices and experiential exercises to explore the true source of joy and happiness and learn what restricts our hearts’ lightness, spontaneity and bliss.

All are invited to join DH10 teachers Bob Duchmann, Johanna Holloman, Karen Johnson, and Hameed Ali, the founder of the Diamond Approach, as we explore this playful and lighthearted essential aspect or our authentic nature so necessary for the spiritual path.

CADH10 will continue the arc of teachings of the Diamond Approach over the balance of the 2019-year schedule, and each weekend or daylong will present a Diamond Approach methodology.
