What does it mean to be truly here - right now?
This weekend invites an experiential exploration of the three centers: the mind, the heart, and the belly. Each center meets the present moment in its own way, revealing different qualities of awareness, sensitivity, and groundedness. As we inquire together, we'll begin to recognize how these centers function in our experience and how attuning to them can deepen immediacy, embodiment, and presence in everyday life.
Weekend Schedule
Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:30 pm (1.5 hour lunch break)
Sunday: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

$150 for the weekend
