Experience the Diamond Approach with Fellow Explorers
As we engage on the path of becoming more authentic and real, Compassion becomes an essential support in helping us see and understand our self-protection, self-judgement and tendency to isolate as we encounter our fears, struggles, and vulnerabilities. Kindness reflects and holds our tender heart in being with our inner truth. To live from this place of openness without defensiveness, we need Courage to live with realness and boldness - willing to risk old hurts to be with the truth. In this weekend we will explore how compassion and courage work hand-in-hand, allowing us to experience ourselves and reality with greater openness, presence, and aliveness.
