We all have a familiar sense of who we are that comes from our history, our beliefs, and our emotional attitudes and expressions. This is how we recognize ourselves. And this “self we know” is the lens through which we experience life and relate to others.
But is that the whole story?
In this introductory weekend, we will explore the difference between this self we’ve come to know ourselves as and our fundamental beingness that is here before any image or concept. Through inquiry and shared exploration, we’ll begin to discover the richness of this self we do not know—when we are simply being what we are.
Weekend Schedule
Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:30 pm (1.5 hour lunch break)
Sunday: 10:00 am - 5:30 pm (1.5 hour lunch break)
