09:30 am - 04:00 pm
Vancouver, Canada
We feel a natural longing to grow and develop, yet with each step we find forces within us that limit our flow, our potential, and our freedom. One of the most profound forces is the inner critic, which holds us back, both psychologically and spiritually. By working through this important and oppressive element of our consciousness, we can liberate our potential and come to a grounded spiritual understanding of who and what we are. This weekend event is a deepening into the Diamond Approach teachings on the inner critic. Learn how the inner critic develops, how to disidentify from its grip, and how to use embodied methods to open space and experience your essential nature.
The same weekend event is being offered in-person in Portland, OR; Vancouver, BC; and Seattle, WA. Each one will be followed by a small-group follow-up exploration (in person in Portland and Seattle, on Zoom for Canadians and U.S. outliers) to work further with the material.
Please plan to attend the free online intro on February 7 as a prerequisite to participating in the deeper exploration.

These events will be taught by Anne Hoff and Jamie Baldwin, lead teachers for Cascadia 5, a Diamond Approach group forming in the US Pacific Northwest and Western Canada.
