Please join Diamond Approach Teacher, Timothy Bernhard, in a book study and exploration of, "Soul Without Shame: A Guide to Liberating Yourself from the Judge Within", by Diamond Approach teacher, Byron Brown.

While this offering is a stand alone option it is also designed to complement the upcoming Upper-Midwest Diamond Approach series, “Exploring the Inner Critic”, by Jim Lockridge, Kara Vangen and Kathleen Graham, which begins Thursday, Feb 3rd and will cover the corresponding chapters.

The book group meetings may include a short meditation and an introduction to inquiry practices.  We will emphasize listening and being in touch with the body. We want to give every participant the opportunity to talk about how the assigned reading impacted them and their subsequent experieince.  Everyone will have the opportunity to share their insights.  We are interested in exploring how the material personally impacts you.

The number of participants will be limited to 10 so you may want to sign up soon.
