A morning introductory talk explores what the Diamond Approach calls “the Flame” — the natural inner aliveness that draws each of us toward truth, authenticity, and deeper presence. The flame shows up in many very human ways: as a curiosity, a longing or a sense of need. Rather than a technique or belief system, the Flame is a subtle, already-present spark that brightens when we turn inward with honesty and curiosity.
Our flame motivates and sustains us in our spiritual journey. It guides us towards what our heart truly desires, and what we objectively need to be complete and content as human beings.
In the afternoon we continue the exploration with the question: Are you here? And what does it mean to really be here, to show up as fully as possible – which is an invitation to Presence. We will start this discovery of what can fall away and what can be revealed when we simply let ourselves be and stay present to the totality of our experience.
In this one-day event we will introduce the Diamond Approach in simple, experiential terms and offer guided exercises to help you sense this inner spark for yourself and perhaps give you a taste of the Presence that is hereness itself.
No prior experience is needed — just your own interest in knowing what’s true for you.
Who is this event for?
This introductory event is designed for those who are curious about the Diamond Approach and wondering whether the DAA path - and in particular the upcoming DAA9 group - might be a good fit.
It offers an opportunity to experience the flavour of the work, the tone of inquiry, and the kind of inner exploration that unfolds over time in an ongoing group. While attending does not assume or require a commitment, it can be a helpful way to sense whether this approach resonates with you as a potential next step.
If you already feel drawn to joining DAA9, this event is very much for you, a supportive way to deepen your familiarity with the work and arrive well-prepared when the group opens.
