Popular approaches to the inner critic include trying to ignore it or to compassion or meditate it away. These are seldom effective. Its pervasive grip can be deeply limiting in spiritual, personal and professional life. Liberating yourself requires deep understanding and confrontation. It is not a once off thing, but an ongoing journey.

Join Diamond Approach teacher, author and former actuary Dominic Liber for a weekend of exploration to understand and learn how to work effectively with this internal force also known as the judge or the superego.
This will be a very practical weekend, learning to use the profound transformational inquiry technology of the Diamond Approach to work with the inner critic. You will explore in a personal and immediate way your own experience, to begin real transformation.
Dominic teaches Diamond Approach groups in the UK and South Africa and brings a wealth of experience in supporting people to become freer from the inner critic. His book Diving in the Inner Ocean, is a practical introduction to the practice of inquiry, available on Amazon, and Apple Books, Kindle and Audible platforms, and it includes two chapters specifically on the inner critic.
