As children growing up, two structures come to dominate our psyche. One, the ‘Critic’, keeps us on a tight leash. Here, we can feel controlled & dull. We can’t simply be ourselves. In the other, the ’soul child’, we are vital, though volatile. We feel more like ourselves and much more likely to get into trouble!
We will explore & learn about these two realms. Through inquiry, meditation, & sensing practices, we get to liberate & harmonise our aliveness & realise that it’s never too late to have a happy childhood.
