Diamond Approach Asia is an ongoing group that meets twice a year in person or online for 8 days. The retreats include presentations of the teaching, small inquiry groups led by a teacher, and individual sessions with a teacher. The Diamond Approach is a contemporary spiritual teaching, which considers the totality of the human being. It is a path of self realization and human maturity, based on modern discoveries in the field of psychology and a new paradigm about spiritual nature.
In June 2018 the first Diamond Approach Asia retreat took place in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and was a great success. The next retreat will be in July 2020 and is still open for new students. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the July 2020 retreat has been moved to our online format. Are you interested to join? You can find all information here on the website and if you have any questions please contact us here.
In-person and online work
Both the in-person and online retreat formats allow students to make personal contact with the teaching, the teachers, and each other, all of which helps to create a deep field of presence for our work together. And our online interim meetings, which bridge the gap between our longer retreats, provide a continuum of support for deepening our work, allowing the field of presence that naturally happens through inquiry of this kind to penetrate our daily lives at home and at work.
Our next retreat will be held online in two parts:
Part 1: July 9-12, 2020
Part 2: July 16-19, 2020
Retreat start and end times
Part 1: July 9-12
Part 1 will begin at 19:00 on the evening of Thursday, July 9th and end at 13:00 on Sunday, July 12th.
Part 2: July 16-19
Part 2 will begin at 19:00 on the evening of July 16th and end at 13:00 on Sunday, July 19th.
Upon registration you’ll receive a receipt by email. A few days later you’ll receive a second email with additional retreat details to help with your planning.
There will be two teaching/practice sessions (about 3 hours each) for the whole group on each of the 4 full days of the retreat, and one teaching/practice session on the first and last days of each weekend. Additionally, there will be 3 meetings in smaller sub-groups and one hour-long scheduled private session time. There will be an online sign-up sheet for those who wish to have additional private sessions. The exact schedule will be emailed to you upon registration. You should not plan other activities during the retreat, although you will find there is some unscheduled time for resting, walking, writing, etc.
All large group teaching sessions are recorded. The recordings will be available as soon as possible after each session.
Retreat Recordings are for review only and downloaded files must not be copied or shared, even with other students in the group. This is a school-wide policy and we ask that you honor it.
If you would like to attend, please register here to secure a spot at the retreat.
