Diamond Approach Florida, an open group, welcomes new participants to join us for this teaching weekend August 8, 9. In this weekend we continue our Diamond Guidance series of teachings. There will be talks evoking our depth, as well as meditation, and personal inquiry exploration.
What allows us to truly be guided in our inner journey and our lives?
Diamond Guidance is a true inner guide that brightly illuminates our experience. It is like a lighthouse that cuts through the fog of our conditioning so we can understand ourselves with clarity and precision. In this way it guides our inquiry and our lives to greater connection to our True Nature.
The Red Essence can manifest as true strength and courage. It gives us a sense of robustness and capacity to meet the challenges in our life. The Red Essence is needed to disengage from our superego, the inner critic. With this disengagement more of the truth of who we really are is revealed.

Ilene Buchalter, a Diamond Approach teacher since 2002, works with groups and individuals living in Florida, Colorado, the Southeast U.S, and internationally.
