Diamond Approach Ottawa Montreal (DAOM) is an ongoing newly forming group that meets as an online community. The retreats include evocative teachings, meditation, experiential exercises, self-inquiry and body based practices.
In this June 2021 retreat we will be working with the Essential Qualities of the Yellow Latifa which includes Playful Curiosity, Lightness and the Passion of our Hearts.
