10:00 am - 04:30 pm
Devon, United Kingdom
We are delighted to invite you to a day learning the central practices of the Diamond Approach. Join Penny Kennington and Mark Wright as we explore:
- Meditation: focusing on the belly as the seat of presence and embodiment
- Sensing, Listening & Looking: landing into the body and opening to life and the world around us
- Inquiry: becoming aware of and exploring the soul’s inner terrain
These practices can support an ongoing and profound shift, from personality to the purity of our true nature.
This day of practice is for anyone with an interest in the Diamond Approach, this profound contemporary western spiritual teaching which integrates psychological understanding with the knowledge of our true inner nature or essence.
At the heart of the Diamond Approach is the understanding that when we connect with ourselves in a felt and embodied way, we begin to open to the direct experience of our essential or true inner nature as being.
