An introduction to the Diamond Approach®
Life can feel relentless - noisy, fragmented, pulling us in every direction. Yet there is something available in any moment that can meet all of it: Presence.
The Diamond Approach is a contemporary spiritual path that weaves together ancient wisdom and modern psychology to support inner discovery, not as a retreat from life, but as a deeper way of living it.
In this weekend, we will use the practice of Inquiry to explore what it really means to be here. We'll look at what gets in the way of presence - the thoughts, patterns and inner noise that keep us one step removed from our own lives, and discover how returning to direct experience can be both grounding and transformative. Being fully present isn't just a mindfulness technique. In the Diamond Approach, it becomes a doorway to something deeper: a quality of presence that is naturally open, clear and alive, and available in the midst of ordinary life.
Through talks, guided exercises and open reflection, you'll get a direct taste of this path.
Whether you're new to inner work or already on a spiritual path, all that's needed is curiosity and a willingness to be here.
