What if you found a spiritual practice that helped you to be right where you are?

What if this practice did not require you to change anything about yourself in order to find yourself?

What if this practice - the art of landing right where you are - meant you could stop trying to be better or truer or more peaceful and spiritual?

This practice might allow you to discover that transformation is a natural and spontaneous process, but one that occurs only when we stop trying to change ourselves.

If we give ourselves the gift of not trying to change or improve ourselves, we have the chance to discover the essence of who we really are.

These free online teachings are a chance to learn about and explore the art of inquiry and the practice of presence - which is at the heart of the Diamond Approach®.

Each evening includes:

  • Guided meditation practice
  • A teaching on aspects of inquiry
  • Exercises for personal exploration of the teaching
  • Time for questions and comments

These evenings are open to all interested newcomers to the Diamond Approach, especially anyone considering joining the new DHUK2 retreat group (starts Oct 2027).

Also open to current Diamond Approach students.

Two teachers will be present at every meeting.

Join us for just one, or some, or all of these evening teachings as we dive deep into the art of inquiry.
