Diamond Heart Retreats are long-term Diamond Approach® groups which meet twice a year for eight days each in a residential setting. Our experience with the previous four Diamond Heart Retreat groups is that this format is a rich and powerful way of working on oneself.

Teachers: John Davis and Rosanne Annoni, directors, with Anne Singer, Jane Bronson, and Susan Weiley. Diamond Heart Retreat groups are under the direct supervision of A. H. Almaas. Extended Event Description The Diamond Approach is a path of wisdom, an approach to the investigation of Reality and a method of working on oneself that leads to increased understanding, spiritual maturity and liberation. Developed by A. H. Almaas and drawing on both modern psychology and traditional wisdom teachings, it is a path for those living in the world, supporting self-realization while addressing challenges on the path. As a contemporary spiritual teaching, the Diamond Approach considers the totality of the human being. It welcomes us as we are and guides us toward taking the natural next steps in actualizing our potential for more aliveness, intimacy, clarity, depth, and engagement with our lives. The practice of inquiry, using our heart, mind and body, fueled by curiosity and love of truth, is central to the Diamond Approach. By opening to our direct experience in any given moment, we move ever closer to an authentic sense of ourselves and find unexpected doorways into our essential nature. Our work includes teachings, meditation practices, movement, inquiry practices and discussion. As part of each retreat, students participate in large group presentations and inquiries and small group meetings (15-20 students). Individual teaching sessions are also offered. Teachings and inquiry practices are provided to students in the group between the retreats.

Cost: approximately $1500-$2010 per retreat, depending on choice of accommodations. For information about DHR5:
