Shambhala Publications has invited Dom to run a 90 minute session on Diving in the Inner Ocean for their global audience, which will be a special session called Dive-In with Heart. Discover how to apply the powerful and practical teachings on inquiry from Diving in the Inner Ocean to the realm of the heart.

After a guided practice and short teaching, you'll have the opportunity to take a look for yourself – exploring your hearts with a short exercise. Then we’ll come together at the end, to share what we’ve found in an open discussion.
