How do you bring growth and expansion into your day-to-day life? In this weekend retreat, we will explore the Red Aspect, which is one of the five aspects of our inner nature that is foundational to embarking on a spiritual path. The Red Aspect influences our experience of strength, aliveness, capacity, actualization, beauty, mystery, forbearance, and passion. Join us as we work with the Red Aspect; exploring how it brings growth and expansion into our day-to-day lives, and dealing with the barriers to accessing and living from it. The weekend will include presentations, meditation practices and an opportunity to explore and integrate the material through your own process.
Teachers
Annette and Chuck Anderson are teachers in the Ridhwan School, home of the Diamond Approach. They have been participating in the Diamond Approach since 2004 and currently live and practice in Dallas, TX.
