We invite you to join us as we learn and practice together with local Diamond Approach teachers
Inquiry into our direct experience in the moment is the central method used on the path to realization in the Diamond Approach. In these gatherings, we inform and enhance our inner discovery through a full body-heart-mind exploration that includes meditation, movement, sound, short talks on the Diamond Approach teaching elements, and sharing through inquiry and discussion.
When: Every Sunday evening, 7-8:30pm, beginning April 7, 2024 (There will NOT be meetings held on 7/21, 7/28, 11/17, and 11/24)
Where: The Ridhwan Center for Spiritual Development at 2075 Eunice St. North Berkeley
Cost: FREE. Cash donations are encouraged for the support of the offering.
