Inquiry & Exploration of the Diamond Approach
2026 Schedule Change: 2nd and 4th Sundays from 7:00 - 8:45pm
(Occasional schedule exceptions noted in Upcoming Sunday Evening Schedule below)
Open to the public and members of the Ridhwan School.
Inquiry into our direct experience in the moment is the central method used on the path to realization in the Diamond Approach. In these gatherings, we inform and enhance our inner discovery through a full body-heart-mind exploration that includes meditation or movement, sound, short talks on the Diamond Approach teaching elements, and sharing through inquiry and discussion.
These meetings are on a drop-in basis with no requirement to attend a full series. Feel free to come whenever it fits your schedule and please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in for meditation, which will start promptly at 7pm. Local Diamond Approach teachers will facilitate the meetings.
When: 2nd and 4th Sunday evenings, 7 - 8:45pm (any exceptions noted in details below)
Where: 2075 Eunice St. North Berkeley - The Ridhwan Center for Spiritual Development
Cost: FREE. Cash donations are encouraged for the support of the offering.
