Through meditation, teachings and personal inquiry, we will continue our exploration of the quality of True Strength, the loving dynamic energy, the red essence. Courage is an aspect of True Strength. We need it to stand up for the truth of who we are and what matters most to us. Passion, also an aspect of True Strength, is the ecstatic yearning for union with our deepest nature.
Both of these aspects of essential strength are known to us and expressed through the human heart.
