This is a weekend, non-residential retreat exploring the strength essence of our nature. It will look at the expansion and aliveness necessary to live a life of adventure. We will also explore the way essence supports discrimination and courage in living a real life.

The weekend will be co-taught by Dorothy Landry and Lou Weir. Dorothy is a Diamond Approach teacher and retired psychotherapist who works with groups and individuals in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Lou is a Diamond Approach teacher and Vipassana meditation teacher who lives and works in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
