The Diamond Approach is a contemporary spiritual path. You learn to explore the richness and beauty of your inner nature while living a fulfilling personal life. The teaching incorporates contemporary psychological understanding and spiritual practices, helping students to see the many ways that we become disconnected from the preciousness that is our Essential Being.
In this introductory workshop we will look at how a love for the truth guides our inner journey. We will have a meditation, a talk, and a chance to practice inquiry, the primary practice of the Diamond Approach.
