The person you think you are shapes your whole being: your mind, your body, your tension patterns, and even your breathing patterns.

Research has shown that physical symptoms from anxiety to headaches can improve when you find out how to relax and to breathe more fully. But improving symptoms is truly just one part of a deeply meaningful journey you can take through engaging the breath.

Paying attention to your breath is a unique way of receiving information about how much you are including (and excluding) in your day-to-day experience. In fact, you can work with the breath to move toward optimizing your life by accessing more and more of your potential.

The breath can then be a powerful ally on your life’s path. When you are curious about it and look at your exploration of it as an adventure, you begin to contact the dynamic aliveness of your true, spiritual nature.

This is one of the benefits of working with the Diamond Approach, a contemporary spiritual teaching of self-realization and human maturity rooted in both ancient spiritual teachings and modern depth psychology.

In our seminar on “Body, Breath, and Being with the Diamond Approach” with teacher Jessica Britt, we will explore these key elements of the Diamond Approach’s orientation and practice to support our spiritual development.

Bringing curiosity to your actual, in-the-moment experience, you’ll receive the support you need to deepen into an increased mindfulness and an in-touchness with your emotional and spiritual authenticity.

Jessica has been studying the breath for 40 years, and in this online seminar with her, you’ll be guided to…

- Explore the importance of breath, including what limits the breath, how limitation of breath serves your personality, and how limiting your breath also limits the vitality you experience in daily life.

- Understand the function of breath as a support for an engaged exploration of your spiritual nature.

- Discover how to engage the breath to support you in being your most authentic self, including simple mindful breath practices for your daily life.

This 3-hour online seminar is $35 USD and will take place on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at 10 a.m. PDT / 7 p.m. CEST.

In this seminar, you’ll hear a teaching segment, learn mindful breathing practices, and have the opportunity to ask Jessica questions that might arise, live.

You’ll also be able to access a downloadable event recording afterward.

We hope you’ll join us for this dynamic learning opportunity!
