One understanding of the spiritual journey is to actualize our deep humanness and potential. We can see that a characteristic of our humanness that feels difficult for us is our own vulnerability: to the people in our life, to illness, to social events, and to our environment. 

So why cultivate vulnerability at all? 

In this teaching, we will look at the impact of our human vulnerability as it relates to the spiritual journey: its importance, its challenge, its blessing, and its power to open our heart to the richness of our true nature. This evening will include a talk, interactive Q&C, and a chance to look personally into this question in an experiential way.
