As humans, we inherently long to be free – to actualize our true human potential. Inquiry, the central practice of the Diamond Approach, offers a powerful, dynamic doorway to a freer life. If you want to deepen your process of self-exploration, this class is for you. In this workshop, we will use open-ended inquiry to challenge the barriers that obscure who you really are. We will learn and explore the basic practices of the Diamond Approach, including inquiry, meditation, and personal exploration, which will deepen and enliven your work.
Momentum is building for this forming Florida Diamond Approach group. We are happy to see those returning and open to new students. There is some availability for remote participation.There is an opportunity for an optional, introductory private session (separate fee).
