This first book group on The Inner Journey Home: Soul's Realization of the Unity of Reality by A.H. Almaas will explore the Diamond Approach’s vision of the soul. The conventional views of many spiritual paths have spirit or soul, but often de-emphasize the personal self and its daily life in the world. Conversely many forms of contemporary psychology are concerned with the self and its life but often seem devoid of the depth of our humanity or a deeper spiritual nature. This group will be invaluable for anyone wishing to experience and understand more of our full range of experience as human beings, as well as for existing Diamond Approach students. Reading and discussion will be supported with the various practices of the Diamond Approach including meditation, presence, movement, and inquiry to bring the material to life experientially.
• Eight Wednesday evenings exploring eight chapters of the book
• Limited group size to provide space for active participation
• Participation can be online or in-person in central London
