The Diamond Approach is a path of spiritual awakening for our current time. Developed by A. H. Almaas, this teaching is a response to our deepest longings for freedom, joy and meaning. The orientation of this path is directed toward helping students become aware of, embody and live from their essence or true nature.
This Zoom event is an introduction to the path of the Diamond Approach, and the central practice of inquiry. We’ll open with a short meditation, followed by a talk about what inquiry is in this path. After that there will be an opportunity to experientially explore inquiry, and discover how new layers of your own experience may be revealed. Then we’ll finish with a question and comments period where you can share your experience and ask any questions you have.
