In this weekend retreat we will be using meditations, teachings and personal inquiry into the quality of Basic Trust. Basic Trust is a non-conceptual confidence that there is something fundamentally good about the universe. This quality allows us to relax in the moment with what is arising and allow it to unfold do our deeper nature. This is open to new members.
