Living alone has opportunities as well as challenges as one travels the spiritual path. During this Covid time the challenges can seem more daunting than usual. Lack of contact, loneliness, and a loss of familiar supports can affect people in ways that feel undermining to their well-being and practice.

During these two morning meetings we will explore some of the inner beliefs and societal and spiritual influences that shape the experience of living alone.

We will also look at practical actions that one can take to develop inner and outer supports for developing the sense of holding and regulation needed for spiritual unfoldment. These meetings will be a chance for people in similar situations to share their experiences and possibly lay the ground for groups to self-organize for ongoing support for each other going forward.

Exploring Christ Consciousness: Feeling Love in the Life you are Living.

Love is always permeating our lives and we have the potential to feel it intimately and personally, including if we are living alone. Originally planned for Christmas Day, this morning will be an invitation to explore our relationship to the love that is central to living a meaningful life in this world.
