This class will examine the coercive qualities of the inner critic and work with defending against it to loosen its grip. The class will be limited to 12 students. Class meets Sundays at 10am PST/1pm EST.

Since this class is limited to 12 students each person will have personal attention and consideration.

Open to the public and Diamond Approach students.
