Please note, this free talk (taking place at both 10am and 7pm UK Time) is open to all, but it will be most accessible to those who have some experience with Diamond Inquiry™.
Join Dominic Liber for a free, one hour online talk and discussion introducing his new book, Diving in the Inner Ocean.
Inquiry is an organic and spontaneous exploration of experience with no set formula. Your exploration and questioning arises from your curiosity and what you're exploring! Effective inquiry takes all sorts of different moves, just like exploring when diving in the sea. Sometimes you're paddling to stay in one spot, sometimes you're furiously following the creature that's zipping out of sight, sometimes you're just hanging out in wonder. The different moves of inner diving are the different sorts of questioning attitudes that might arise. We can sometimes be limited, basically asking the same question over and over. Using his new book Diving in the Inner Ocean, Dominic Liber will highlight a range of different types of questions that can bring more life, power and versatility to inquiry. These do not provide a formula, but rather can give your inquiry more possibilities to unfold.
This free talk will be held at two different times for people in different time zones. The talks will be held on Saturday, August 21 at 10am or 7pm UK time.
Inquiry combines the depth of meditation with the power of psychological insight. The inner ocean shapes and influences every aspect of our lives: personal growth and development, relationships, interests, and work. Down in the depths are the very things that we spend our lives searching for on the surface: love, support, effectiveness, belonging, meaning, joy, and freedom.
Developed by A. H. Almaas, this simple yet powerful practice is ideal for anyone wanting to explore their inner world and to unlock their potentials, right in the midst of ordinary daily life.
There are two options to attend the talk for those who are in different time zones.
