Inquiry is a journey filled with mystery, beauty, surprises and significance.In inquiry we learn to trust all of our experience, welcome it, give it space and understand it both from our mind and from our heart. Inquiry asks us to listen deeply into our bodies.

The quality of Essential Will supports us to move through our daily life experiences of emotions, reactions, beliefs and positions into the openness and mystery of who and what we truly are. Essential Will helps us to stay steadfast and committed to our inner journey as it takes us into the heart of the unknown.
