The Diamond Approach is a path of wisdom through direct experience. It recognizes the uniqueness of each individual and adapts itself to each person's needs at the time. It does not require that people conform to some ideal, but welcomes people as they are and helps them to take the natural next step for their unique development.

A New Ongoing Diamond Approach group is now forming, led by teachers Lisa Barrett, Carolyn Cerame, and Rob Merkx. The group meets three times a year in Ottawa, with interim Zoom meetings, optional online inquiry groups, and a 2-day webinar in the winter. These weekend retreats include evocative teachings, inquiry, meditation, and body-based practices.

In this September retreat on "ESSENTIAL STRENGTH" we will be working with the Red Essence, which includes the essential qualities of inner strength, clarity, discriminating awareness, courage, aliveness, and the innate beauty of our true nature.

Diamond Approach Ottawa is a non-residential retreat group. There is affordable housing nearby the meeting room and restaurants within walking distance.

“We need a bold, courageous, adventurous heart to take us where we have never gone. Because that’s what the inner-journey is—going where we haven’t gone before.”  -  A.H. Almaas
