What does it take to be ourselves fully and authentically? What supports us and what gets in the way of living from genuine presence?
The Diamond Approach is a contemporary method for inner realization and development. It is a spiritual path that incorporates modern psychological understanding with embodiment and contemplative practices. In the Diamond Approach, students learn to see through the many ways they become disconnected from the richness that is their essential nature.
In this series of weekend retreats, we will use meditation, talks, experiential exercises and personal inquiry to learn about this unique process of self discovery and realization.
Diamond Approach Philadelphia 2 is a teaching group open to new students. If you’re interested in getting a taste of the Diamond Approach with a growing community of people, you are welcome to come. For more information visit www.diamondapproachphiladelphia.com.
