In this weekend retreat, we will explore how our sensitivity and attunement was blocked as children to avoid feeling pain and hurt. We will examine how we gave ourselves up out of Bodhisattva compassion, how necessary and precious true compassion is, and how false compassion compromises our fulfillment.
Join us as we examine the role of compassion on the spiritual journey and in our day-to-day life. This weekend will include presentations, meditations, movement and an opportunity to explore and integrate the material through your own process.
