A key element of the Diamond Approach is the work of exploring one's own life through private Spiritual Inquiry sessions with a teacher. This is an opportunity to try a session in-person in Tokyo. Ongoing work is available by Skype.

In private sessions, the Diamond Approach teacher guides the student in spiritual inquiry as well as breath work. In this process of exploring the issues and experiences of your life, there is the gradual opening of deeper experience and understanding of true nature.

Sessions are in English. Your Diamond Approach teacher lived in Japan for many years and will speak English at a speed and level that will be comfortable to you if you have a moderate level of English-language skill.

Please wear comfortable clothing.

First session of day 10:00 AM, last session of day 7:30 PM. A session is 60-75 minutes.
